- Secret Garden: A stylish, flexible space for up to 120 guests, ideal for parties, corporate events, and larger celebrations. Complete with large-screen TVs, heaters, dedicated staff and live music available on request.
- Private Sections: For smaller groups, enjoy exclusive areas within the Taproom or outdoor beer garden for a more intimate experience.
- Full Venue Hire: Want the entire Taproom to yourself? We can accommodate large celebrations with full bespoke packages tailored to your needs.
Function Menu
Our Function Menu caters for a variety of tastes, dietary requirements and group sizes, offering everything from hand-stretched pizzas to burgers, wings, nachos and sharing platters. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-friendly options are available. Minimum numbers for catered functions are 18 guests.

Every sip tells a story. The pizza is simply outstanding, perfectly made, full of flavour, and the ideal partner to those exceptional beers. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff deserve special praise for being genuinely kind, polite, and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. You could feel the history coming through the walls and our server Kelly was nothing short of lovely. I tip my cap to the Irish Ale but the Irish Gold was my favourite

Kelly was so informational on the history of this brewery! The red ale was my favorite, but all the beers were crisp, fulfilling, clean and absolutely delicious. The wings were awesome in the sauce they were in and the service was on point! Definitely recommend coming by for a visit when in Kilkenny!!

We are in Ireland for a pub tour and ended up today at Sullivan’s. Alex did a FANTASTIC job of given us the history of Sullivan’s. I can no longer drink beer ..gluten allergy…but my cider was delicious. My husband said the beer was also great …he had the taster. Thank you Sullivan’s and Alex!
