At Sullivan’s Taproom, great beer and great food go hand in hand. Pair our award-winning craft beers with a menu that’s designed to satisfy every appetite. Served seven days a week, our dishes include hand-stretched pizzas made on site, juicy burgers, wings, summer salads and more. We also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-friendly options, plus a dedicated children’s menu.
Food is available until 9pm, with the kids’ menu served until 8pm.

Wednesdays are for wings! Choose from Chicken or Cauliflower wings, coated in one of three delicious sauces and served with blue cheese dip — all at great prices. It’s the perfect midweek treat and a local favourite.

Sullivans Craft Beers
Inspired by traditional Kilkenny recipes and brewed the way the family has always brewed – the way real Irish beer should be brewed – by local experts, by hand, in small batches, with enormous heart and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
Maltings Red Ale
Inspired by traditional Kilkenny recipes and brewed the way the family has always brewed – the way real Irish beer should be brewed – by local experts, by hand, in small batches, with enormous heart and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
Irish Gold
Next up is the Irish Gold. Traditionally Brewed With Lightly Roasted Cara Malt And Finished With First Gold Aroma Hops. As lagers were brewed in the 1800’s, this is a traditional kettle-hopped Golden Ale with early & late hop additions for a clean, citrus finish and a rich, copper gold colour. Brewed by a true master, the beauty of this ale lies in its balance, session-ability and subtle apricot & tangerine finish.
Black Marble Stout
Completing the Sullivan’s line up is the Black Marble Stout. A full-flavoured traditional Irish stout using roast coffee, with fruit notes balanced by delicious hop bitterness. A dark, deep stout with a rich tan foam and aromas of roast coffee notes with a fruit and hop background. Expect generous malt and coffee notes balanced by a delicious hop bitterness.

Sullivan’s Taproom is ideal for private parties, corporate events, celebrations and larger groups. Our Function Menu caters for a variety of tastes and group sizes, with a minimum of 18 persons. From full venue hire to private sections of our beer garden or the Secret Garden, we can tailor your event to make it truly memorable. Entertainment options are available on request.
