FREE CLICK & COLLECT

We are delighted to offer this service to customers Free of Charge. When you are shopping online, simply select the option ‘Click & Collect’. Provided that we have the item in stock and your payment has been received successfully, we will have your order ready to collect from our store within 5 hours (during normal store opening hours). You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been successful and that it is ready for collection. Please bring this acknowledgment with you when collecting along with photo ID.

 

COURIER DELIVERIES

When you are shopping online, the following courier charges and delivery timescales apply: 1 day (Kilkenny City), 2-3 days (ROI and NI), 3-5 days (UK & Europe) and 5-7 days (Canada & USA). You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has been successful and that it has been despatched. This acknowledgement will also include a tracking code which you can use to track your package.

We have partnered with UPS Couriers to offer this service to you. If you choose this method of delivery, the following charges apply to this service:

County Kilkenny

  • FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS

ROI 

  • Spend €0-€99.99– a charge of €8.50 will apply
  • Spend €100.00+– FREE

Northern Ireland

  • Spend €0-€99.99– a charge of €11.95 will apply
  • Spend €100.00+– FREE

CANADA & USA

  • A flat charge of €60 applies

UK

  • A flat charge of €25 applies

EUROPE

  • Various charges apply for different UPS country zones. The delivery fee for your country zone will be displayed at the checkout.

  

OTHER COUNTRIES

We are happy to quote you for delivery to your destination. Please proceed to the checkout with your order and follow the instructions. Once we have organised a quote for delivery and you are satisfied with the amount, you can proceed with your order

RETURNS

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases from Sullivan’s Taproom. However, should you wish to return an item purchased from us either in-store or online, the following procedures and regulations will apply. Please note that items delivered in error, damaged or are faulty, have their own returns policy. Please contact the manager for information on this policy.


IN-STORE PURCHASES

We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase date provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, and have not been used or damaged.

ONLINE PURCHASES

If you purchase an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged.

You will however be responsible for any postage/courier charges to return the item.

Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned our customer service personnel will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 7 days for the money to be refunded to your account.

Any disputes in relation to a return will be handled through the EU ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Service.
